Need guidance Tier 2 Dependent ILR

Need guidance. I got my ILR via Set (O) Tier 2 General 5 years route. My ILR was granted September this year. My wife and daughter living with me in UK. They have completed their 5 years stay in the UK. I need to apply ILR for them now.
Which ILR application Category to use for them?
I used Set (O) for them. In the online form, there was a question "Select a category in which you are applying for indefinite leave to remain?". I selected "Tier 2 dependent". It asked for COS number. I entered the COS number from my Tier 2 General Visa. It says COS number doesn't exist.
Any guidance is much appreciated.
