Hi,

I am on ICT Tier 2 Visa.
The Visa Issue Date is 06/04/2011.
I arrived UK on 19/04/2011
My Visa got extended multiple times. On few years I went on leave to my country and never stayed more than 30 days outside ok UK in that particular year. And after latest extension, my Visa expiry date is on 30/03/2021.

Can I apply for ILR on Long Residency route before it expires? And if so, when latest I can apply for it?

I am accompanied by my wife and daughter who were with me in UK all throughout, with out any break. Can they also apply?

I was blessed with Son who is born in UK in 2011 Dec. Can he also get it?

Yes, if you meet all the requirements.

And if so, when latest I can apply for it?

No sooner than within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of the date you entered the UK.

Yes, if they each individually meet all the set LR requirements. Each person applying has to complete their own form and meet the requirements on their own.

I was blessed with Son who is born in UK in 2011 Dec. Can he also get it?

Child can be registered as British once either parent has ILR. UK born children do not need ILR.
