Sponsor License Number not found

Hi Everyone,
I am currently applying for ILR with a Tier 2 General Company Sponsored Visa. The company has provided me with their Sponsor Licence No. but this is not being accepted by the system. I keep getting an error message saying number not found. Is anyone aware of this issue and how to resolve this? Could you please share your thoughts? Any suggestion would be much appreciated.
