Hello Chaps,

Bit confusion about the earliest date to apply ILR for my wife and children.

On their Indian passport visa sticker the Issue Date is 11 Jun 2016 and Expiry Date is 11 July 2016
Bio-metric Card issue Date is 01 Jun 2016 and Expiry Date is 31 March 2019 (Further extended from 11 Mar 2019 to 09 Oct 2021)

UK Entry Date: 08 July 2016

Could you please let me know on which date need to take consider earliest date to apply ILR?

I would be grateful if you help me on this.

Their residence clock starts from the date they entered the UK. They can apply for ilr no sooner than within 28 days before 8th July 2021.
