Guys I am sorry if this has been answered already.

But I think I messed up big time with my wife’s application.

need clarification on ILR date. (5 year route)

Officials UK entry date: 1st November 2015 (visa validated 06/10/2015 - 05/11/2015)

BRP valid till: 1st April 2021.

Now question is can my wife apply now or she has to wait till 1st February 2021..

I am confused which date we should be looking at. Date of official entry in the UK or BRP end date for 28 days.

Have I missed the chance to apply earlier and will now have to wait.

I am sorry solicitor told be I have to apply in February

Thank you in advance

You have not stated the route/type of visa used for entry, any renewal or extension in between

She can apply from 60 months since entering UK minus 28 days.
It appears she can apply already from 04/10/2020 till 1st February 2021 which you have given has her BRP expiry date.
Hope you have got needed documents for ILR in place.
