Urgent Help - ILR Set O form

Hello Gurus,
I am about to submit the Set(O) ILR form for my wife. I am PBS dependant & currently not eligible for ILR hence not including my name in ILR form.
Couple of below doubts where I need your help again.
1. Bank Statements - Will submit HSBC online statements for my wife. Does she needs to provide additional supporting letter from bank as HSBC online statements donot not have a logo in their online pdf statements
2. Consent
- Wife bears name on bank statements solely i.e. no joint account
- Utility Bills - has joint name (planning to attach last 5 years annual statemnts of utility bills as additional docs- is that ok)
My question is -
Firstly, What should I answer for these questions ?
a) Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people? (Yes / No)
b) Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support? Yes/No
Secondly, In the consent form:
part 1 - wife signs - is that correct??
part 2 - do i need to sign?? (if I attach my utility bills as additional supporting docs )
part 3 - no need to sign - is that correct?
Many Thanks

Yes, because utility bills are on both your names.
b) Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
No (This is on the assumption that your wife is the main applicant and she doesn't need your financial support. She has her job & bank account to prove the same.
Secondly, In the consent form:

Yes
part 2 - do i need to sign?? (if I attach my utility bills as additional supporting docs )
Yes
part 3 - no need to sign - is that correct?
Write N/A

Many thanks for your response.
Regarding bank statements what I meant was there is a logo however no stamp on online statements. My question is do we need any additional support letter from bank or should I go to bank & ask for stamped statements?
Thanks

I think these days everything is online statements and as long as it doesn't have e-statement/online statement written on it then you can use it. Bank's contact details and all other info will be there incase UKVI needs to make any enquires.
Not many banks are providing non-critical services these days due to Covid, so you may not get the help you need from your bank for a supporting letter/stamps, but no harm in trying if you want.

Hi Gurus,
Many thanks for all your help so far.
I have submitted Set O ILR application for my wife today evening & the payment successful notification has been received.
I have now uploaded all the docs however yet not submitted. My questions are :
1. whether I need to submit docs first & then look for appointment OR first search for the appointment & then submit later on?
2. I am also not able to see any appointment until 22 Nov - any suggestions which place & any particular time when I should search so that I can book the appointment?
3. will ILR application be considered submitted or is it considered submitted once I uploaded all docs? Or book appointment?
Many thanks in advance.
Kind Regards

1) Self-submission is optional but I would recommend it as your documents will be sent to UKVI even before biometrics and you will save time. It has nothing to do with biometrics appointment booking. However, this option is only available up to 48 hours before biometrics appointment.
2) Try different postcodes to view different locations. Look through out the day for any cancellations or 12AM GMT. Look for 1-2 days regularly, you maybe able to find an earlier one due to a cancellation. Appointments are reported to be available only after 3/4 weeks gap these days. Book the one available if you fail to book any earlier one in 1-2 days. Recommended because if you book now for 22nd Nov lets say, you will not be able to view the earlier availability (if any cancellations) then.
3) Date of application is the date you pay and submit online. Biometrics date is irrelevant. You have a 2 months deadline though after application date. Documents upload date/self-submission is irrelevant but recommended.

Dear Gurus,
My wife's biometric appointment for SetO ILR is tomorrow. I earlier submitted online application 3 weeks back & uploaded all docs that were also checked in.
Just a quick question -
1. Do we need to take any photographs for BRP appointment.
2. What all original docs would be taken from us?
Will appreciate your quick response.
Kind Regards

1) No
2) No originals are taken from you. You retain all your originals.
