ILR application urgent inquiry regarding consent form. Tier 2 working visa moving to ILR. Would really appreciate if anyone could answer my question as I have the appointment next Tuesday.

Question 1,
While filing the application, I’ve put yes for below question as all utility bills are joint by me and my husband. But then realized utility bills aren’t required, only pay slip and bank statement that is only owned by me. Do I still need my husband to sign the consent form part 2?
(Is the account with a bank or utility company for Yes which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people.)

Question2. Consent form part3,
Below request looks more like if you’re sponsored by personal as like family. I’m sponsored by the company I work, and they already did all doc ILR requests. Do I still need the company to sign part 3?
(Consent for the Home Office to verify information from third party sponsor. If the information or documentation relates to another person or persons who is to
provide the applicant with financial support, that person or persons* should sign the following declaration)

Thanks for the reply.
And would it affect that I answered yes about the part “ Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people”

I’m now a bit concerned... while filing the application, I thought they would ask for utility bills...

Utility bills are not relevant in your case. They are used for dependent’s cohabitation documents usually.
The CW goes by the evidence not merely answers in the form.
But, if it gives you peace of mind, you can ask your partner to sign Part 2. It is irrelevant in your case but will not harm. Might give you peace of mind though.

Also have you already submitted? If not, you can always edit.

Also this is a “family consent form.”

I’ve submitted it and that’s when I found utility doc not required. I don’t think my partner needs to sign it, feel more scared if I put yes there and no longer editable 😂😂

Ignore the question answered in the form. It will not impact your case. Just sign Part 1.
