Hi All,

I came to UK ICT visa category for the first time on 27 Mar 2011 and left on 02 Dec 2011. I returned back on 29 July 2012 on same Visa.

I am staying in UK from this day and will finish 10 years by Mar 2021.

Could someone please advise whether I can apply for ILR under 10 years category or not?

Any single absence of 180 days or more breaks your continuity of residence.

Nope, you can't since you were out for more than 180 days between Dec 2011 and July 2012. You will be eligible in July 2022 assuming the rules don't change till then and that you meet all other requirements in place at the time.
