ILR - dependants application and fees

Good evening,

Anyone’s advice on the following would be greatly appreciated.

1. On 27th November I have received ILR on 10 years long residency. My wife lives with me, having student visa and does a part time job with salary approx £13,000 yearly and my job’s salary is £18,532. Unfortunately, my salary alone does not fulfill the requirement of £18,600 to sponsor my wife as of my dependant.

In this case, can I show our salary jointly for the application?

2. I am from outside of the EEA, as lately got ILR. My baby born here 2.8 years ago which is before my ILR.

Now for her which application should be followed for her citizenship and how much would be the application fees?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards.

You can use income for you both to meet financial requirements.

2) Is your baby born in UK? If yes, you can now register the baby as BC via MN1 route.

£1012 fees.
