Supporting documents for ILR - Tier 1 Exceptional Talent w dependent partner

Hello, I am pulling together documents to apply for ILR - I am a non-EEA national, currently under Tier 1 Exceptional Talent, and have been in the UK for 5+ years on Tier 2 / later switched to Tier 1 Exceptional Talent. My partner has been here as my dependent for the same time period. I believe I have collected what we need to apply for ILR, but ILR checklists I have seen online recommend some documents that seem not to be mentioned in the guidance or on the form as far as I can see, namely:

- Evidence of adequate accommodation
- Evidence to show continuous residence such as: Tenancy agreements, Mortgage statements/letters, Council Tax, Utility bills
- Birth and marriage certificates
- Employer letter for UK absences - I am unclear on whether this applies to me as I am now here under Tier 1 (no longer Tier 2), but am considering requesting this from my employer anyhow

Are these documents actually needed? If so: is it recommended that they be submitted with the application, or that I have them to hand in case they are requested by the caseworker?

I have not seen mention of anything like these in the paper Set O form that I have been looking at to get a sense of what I will need when I start the process online (except for birth certificates for children, which does not apply for us; and, evidence of cohabitation - council tax, bank statements for the past 2 years only, which I will submit).

Many thanks.

The list is generic. You must provide two years of cohabitation evidence (bills, council tax payments, etc) for your partner's ILR. Ignore the employer letter
