Hello,

I applied my wife Indefinite Leave to remain(SET - M) application through online. I submitted the application and made the Payment on Dec 14 2020. I booked appointment through UKVCAS Jan 10 2021. But i realized i made some mistake in the application. But i am not uploaded any documents and not done bio metrics through UKVCAS. Now I need to know how i can cancel my application and get the refund? My wife current VISA Validity until Feb 2021, so i can apply new application next month also. Thanks.

What is the mistake?

I am added only last 2 and Half Year absence travel dates instead of 5 Year absence travel dates in the application. Its proved my previous FLR M Application.

Add a covering letter.

There is no absence limit for spouse visa holders.

Thanks for your feedback. during Cover letter preparation i found this mistake. is it not possible to cancel my Paid and submitted online application and prepare the new one. If its possible i am planning to apply the new one instead of giving any chance. Thanks.

Thanks. But when I am visiting the cancellation and refund form it shown document return only applicable to apply this form. So I am bit confused, is it the same for online application as well.

It mentioned as below.if you withdraw then you leave UK.

Request for Return of Documents
This form should be used if:
You have an outstanding application with the Home Office and now wish to withdraw this and leave the UK

OR

You are a British or settled sponsor who requires their documents returned to them

I suppose you are adamant to cancel the application even when repeatedly advised not to. There is NO need to but here you go if you wish:
