Hi gurus,
Me and wife reaching to the stage of ILR In march 2021.
I have some queries related to the process
1) what application we need to apply is it set(m)
2) i have naric letter(dependent) which route we beed to apply.
3) how to split cohabitation documents
4) what letters she need from her side, is there any salary thresh hold for ilr after january 2021.
5) absence letters
6) what more documents dependent need

I just want to make sure everything in order

1. Set O as you appear to be a tier 2 migrant.

2. What do you mean which route? For a foreign degree, there is only the red route, both English and comparable assessment required for ilr.

3. 2 years evidence from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

4. Only main applicant needs the employer absence letter(s)

5. English and liuk test for all adult applicants.
