ILR financial query

HI,
i hope this group help me out my visa issues.
i granted visa as tier 1 general partner visa on 18/06/2013 and i entered UK on 06/07/2013
on 05/11/2014 granted leave as tier 1 dependent partner until 04/11/2017.
On 31/10/2017 i submitted my application for further leave to remain as partner of tier 1 general migrant .this application was unfortunately refused by the home office on 22/12/2017 and i received refusal letter on 30/12/2017.
it was alleged in the home office letter that i had not providing bank statement converging the required period of 90 days immediately before the submission of my application. i challenged the decision by administrative review request, however my administratrative review request was unsuccessful and a decision was made by home office on 23/01/2018 and i received this decision on 25/01/2018.
i decided to make fresh application as tier 1 dependent partner within 14 days, submitted application on 29/01/2018 and received my visa on 21/03/2018 till 20/03/2021.
my first question regarding of my immigration history, am i still qualified for ILR ?
my second issue about financial query which is £18600.
my husband made reductant on 6 august but since march 2020 he had been furloughed till august and then he started new job in sept 2020 till now but as a part time 15 hours a week , and he also self employee for last 4 years
total earning if i calculate from feb 2020 to jan 2021 is £17200 still i have to show £1500 approx. to cover financial maintenance
my question is, can i show combine earing employment and self employment earnings? If yes then what documents do i need to send them.
