Hi need help for my brother in law, he is due to apply for ILR in February 2021, but he is unable to meet financial requirement of £18500, his wife receive child tax credits, is it possible to include those to fufil financial requirement of £18500.

You cannot use tax credits to help meet the financial requirements. Tax credits is not their money, it is the taxpayers money.

If they don't meet the financial requirements, he won't qualify for ilr.
