Hi All,
Hope everyone is well?
My wife came to UK around March 2017. Her visa was extended using FLR (M) after the initial 2.5 years stay in UK. The FLR (M) biometric card has an expire date August 2022. if she renews her visa to ILR on August 2022, her stay in UK will be over the 60 months required (approx 65 months).
My question is this. If her entry to UK was in March 2017 and then she has the right to apply for ILR 60 months (5 years) after, can she apply on or at end of March 2020? Knowing this is before her expire date on current BRP which is August 2022.
hope to get some answers, many many thanks

Yes
She can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date she entered the uk. The latest she can apply is the expiry date if her visa.
