Furloughed count towards the 12 month period

Hello there,
I read the new HO guideline version 26.0 on 1 December 2020, page 89 indicated that:
''Time when their employees were furloughed under the UK Government scheme will count towards the 12 month period if they have been paid at least 80% of their normal salary.''
Does it applicable for applying my ILR using the above furloughd time period or it can be used for an extension only? Please advice. Thank you very much

This is NOT how to ask a question on the forum, without proving any details or context on what is the route you are on and your circumstances.

I assume you are under Tier 1E route. The concession allows Tier 1E applicants to count the furloughed employment as long as they were paid 80% of their normal salary whether towards ILR or an extension.

Hi Zimba, Thank you very much for your kind verification. Sorry for not giving my detail. I am on Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa, got an extension on October 2019 and prepare to apply for ILR this coming May 2021.
May I ask my last question? UKVI gave a permission for Tier 1 (Entrepreneur visa) on 15 June 2016 and I landed in the UK on 20 June 2016. I understood that I can apply for my ILR 28 days before completing 5 years. My enquiry is can I apply on 19 May 2021 (28 days before 15 June 2021, date of permission) or on 24 May 2021 (28 days before 20 June 2021, date of landing)? Thank you very much. Kind regards.
