I am currently on dependent visa(When my wife had business visa extended). But now My wife has ILR and my two children are British citizen. I have also completed continuous 10 years in Uk.
I want to apply for ILR/ British citizenship myself. Can you please guide me if I can straight way go for British citizenship or I will have to get ILR first. For ILR on spouse of settled person basis , what documents will I need .
I will really appreciate if you can give me some guidance.

What visa category exactly so you hold? There is more than one type of dependent spouse visa.

What route did your spouse apply for and get ilr?? 5 years PBS or 10 years long residence .

What is your full immigration history?

No you cannot apply for British citizenship directly. You must apply for ilr first.
