Hi All,
Please help me, dont know what to do?
I am in UK Legally for 10 Years through Tier 2 ICT Leave to Remain, have applied for my ILR through long lerm route and awaiting for decision. My depedant is with me for last 7 years in UK legally through PBS depedant leave to remain VISA. What route to choose to apply for ILR and when?

If you applied ILR via the LR route, your dependent will have to switch to FLR(M) and meet the visa specific requirements. Dependent’s ILR clock for the 5 year route will reset to zero. Dependent can apply for ILR after 5 years on FLR(M).

However, dependent can apply for ILR LR once he/she completes 10 years in UK from first entry subject to meeting other LR requirements also.

Your dependent doesn't qualify for ilr via PBS dependent visa route.

They need to apply to switch their visa to FLR M spouse visa, which is a 2.5 year visa, and must meet the English and financial requirements.
