Hi all!

I'm on the process of my ILR application Set O, i already submitted my supporting documents via UKvcas before my appt on 3rd week of Feb. I realised that one document will need a 3rd party consent which I will not be able to provide as the person is not in UK anymore. The document is 5 years ago (proof of initial address) and it will not really matter coz I have other proof besides that.
Can i ask the Ukvcas agent to remove the doc during my biometric application? or
Can i just make cover letter explaining the situation

You can not remove any document once self-submitted. UKVCAS staff can not remove that either.
It is not a big issue. If you wish you can clarify in the cover letter and upload before appointment. Note, you can not self-submit again now, but UKVCAS staff will be able to submit it at the appointment.

BTW what is the document you wanted to remove?

There is no requirement to submit proof of accommodation for ilr. Unclear why you believe this is necessary??

I dont know, I am just anxious and wants to give more information. Hopefully the cover letter will suffice. Thanks for all your help! much appreciated.

You are overthinking. It is not wise to submit a whole bunch of documents you think are relevant. It creates confusion and the mandatory minimal documents could be missed.
