SET(M) most recent bank statements

Hi,
We have to provide bank statements to prove income and cash savings up to the date of our application.
Our date of application will be Feb 23rd and the most recent bank statements will be up to Feb 6th, so we'll be two weeks short of evidence.
Does this matter?
Should we also provide a print-out of bank transaction history from between Feb 6 and Feb 23? If so, we can't possibly get it stamped by a bank because of covid, can we? Any advice?
