Need your help please.

I am a british citizen, and my wife and my daughter were on Tier 1 G Dep visas. My daughter is now 10 years old. Is there anyway I can apply ILR only for my daughter? If not possible, I will probably not apply now for either of them, could you tell how can i bring her to UK in future, what visas and is there a faster way to get the ILR without going through all the 5 years Dependant route?

The reason I dont want to apply for my wife is I have problems with her.

Please could anyone share your thoughts if you know.

You cannot bring your daughter without your wife also applying unless you are able to prove sole responsibility, which you likely can't prove.
