PBS Dependent to ILR- which application?

My husband was on Tier 2 and we (me and kids) were on Tier 2 dependent visas. Now husband got ILR recently and we are still on his Tier 2 dependent visas. We will be finishing 5 yrs in 1 week. What application do we need to use? Set O or Set M?

If set o, I will be the main applicant (not my husband) including my kids(both minors), is this how it should be?
Thank you.

Did your husband get ilr based on 5 years tier 2??

If yes, then form SET O, you are the main applicant, children as dependents on the same form if under 18 years of age.

ILR application-Tier 2 dependent question

Hi,

My husband was on Tier2 5 General year route and I entered the UK after a month he did. He has got his ILR and after a month I am eligible for ILR and so are my children.
According to the advice here I am filling Set O application. These are 2 of the questions in the application.

Select a category in which your are applying for ILR?
My answer: Skilled Worker or Tier 2 General

Which visa is Mr X (my husband) applying or been granted?
Here is where I am confused as the drop down dosn't have ILR. It only has Tier 1, Tier 2 etc. So the only option I got is to select Tier 2(General) Visa

Please advice.

'Cancelled without Prejudice'

When we applied for the entry visa, the UK visa authority in that country made an admin mistake on the dates so they crossed out the sticker and put a 'Cancelled without Prejudice' stamp and gave another sticker immediately. All 3 of us have the cancelled stickers ( me and my kids)

I have said no to the question where they asked if I was refused entry or deported or asked to leave etc. I think I should not put a yes as my visa was approved but sticker was wrong?

Also we are now applying for ILR. Will this cross affect it?
Thankyou!
