Wrong form submitted for ILR

I am on a tier 2 dependent visa since 13 /08/2015. We applied for my ILR in October 2020, but my husband mistakenly filled the Long reaidence form instead of Set O. I got an email from case worker today to apply with the correct route and the application will be taken as a varied application.
Can you please guide me on this??
1) does my processing time start from this new application??
2) do i need to pay the fees and do the biometrics again??
3) can i apply for the priority services through this route??
