Hi,

I first came to UK in March 2013 and it will be 8 years next month.
Below are my absence due to complex family conditions.
Apr 2014 to Jul 2014,
Sep 2014 to Nov 2015,
May 2016 to Jun 2018,
May 2019 to Dec 2019

Iam bit confuse as few online articles says there is no limit for absence in SET(M) category spouse route, But I could not find any success story for SET-M with long absence.

I satisfy all the ILR-M requirements except the absence outside UK. Please members could you help me with this situation, should I apply for FLR-M or take a risk and apply for ILR-M with long absence.

Thanks in advance.

You won't find it in a guidance as absence on a spouse has NO limits. The guidance won't mention this.
