Hello,
I am a British Citizen along with kids. my wife is on FLR(M) for the 2nd time. She is eligible for ILR this April 2021.
1. She had stayed more than 180 days outside UK. Will this be an issue for her to apply for ILR?
2. Also, what type of ILR applicaiton does she need to make.
Thanks.

I have recently applied for my Wife and two kids. I have 3 kids but myself and my youngest daughter are British.
Documents I have uploaded
1. Partner Declaration Letter singed ( This you'll get it once you submit your application)
2. Wife and Kids Current passports / BRP / Old Passport
3. Kids Birth Certificates ( You can Skip this)
4. Partners Passport
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Tenancy Agreement
7. Council Tax Bill (2018,2019, 2020)
8. 6 Letters address to my Wife ( 2 source Natwest & NHS)
9. 6 Letters address to me (Partner) - 3 source SKY, Thames Water, Npower
10. Partners Employment Letter (As i'm the earner in my family and my wife look after my kids)
11. 6 months Pay slips
12. 6 months Bank Statement
13. P60 2020
14. School confirmation Letter (You can skip this)
15. Life in UK ( Only reference added in the application, Hope this is Okay)
16. English (Uploaded degree/UK Naric letter date 2015)
17. Kids Residency proof (NHS letters - you can skip this)
No Balance is required, As long as you have enough income that's sufficient ( 18k + 3k for each dependent, please check guidance for correct value)
Although, I have couple of questions ?
1. I have not uploaded any bank statement from my wife ?
2. I didn't have anything to upload for Life in UK - Only reference number ?
3. I had all my documents in color so I converted all document in Blank and white - Hope its OK
Opened in PDF
Click print and save and choose PDF instead of printer ( Check the box Grey scale) and saved as new file
Hope this way is correct ?
Hope this is useful for you
Thanks!

Fees paid for the application ILR SET(M) - 2408.20 GBP for each plus you'll need to pay UKVCAS for appointments. These are free and chargeable depending on where and when you want.

That's great. Very useful info.
So, once I submit the application after making payment, I am thinking I will get a link to upload all the required documents right?. Any photo of the applicant and bio metrics? Also, no need to send or submit the hard copies I believe. Passports, bio metric card etc.
KR.
