Life in UK Test Enquiry

I’m trying to book the life in UK TEST for my husband. The middle name thing is confusing me.
My Husbands name in passport and Brp is
Surname: Z****
First Name: Muhammad T****
So on the application they ask for surname and then
First Names. So I entered like above.
They then have a middle name section saying if you don’t enter you could get turned away. Shall I enter T**** again here or leave it blank as I have but it in the First Name(s) section.
I’d appreciate any reply

Enter the middle name of your husband in the middle name section whilst booking Life in the UK. I did the same as I have three names as well.
So this is how you should enter:
First Name: Muhammad
Middle Name: T****
Surname: Z*****
I did exactly the same thing and got my ILR without any issues.

Hi
I’m going to be applying for my spouse in September using my wages as I work for the NHS and pay is above 18,600. However I’ve been on maternity leave since December 8th. And won’t be back till December 2020.
I was told I can use my payslips from before maternity leave so wanted to know exactly what would be required.
I.e
Payslips from June to November 2020.
I have letter of employment confirming role and the fact that the printed payslips are genuine from November 2019. Would this be ok or does that letter need to be 28 days from application as it will be hard for me to get this from work.
Bank statements to go with payslip timeline.
Do I need anything for proof of maternity leave other then the babies birth certificate?

Hope it’s ok to put this here...
Hi guys. I just wanted to put this out here for someone who might be in the same boat to see as I applied while on maternity leave and although I did a lot of research and triple checking stuff and being scared to death by a lawyer to said I should folk out lots of money to make sure It didn’t get rejected, I still managed to do it all myself.
Just in case anyone on maternity leave is wanted to apply. Here is what I provided. No additional information was requested.
I applied on the 8th October 2020. I had been on maternity leave from 9th December 2019 to 7th December 2020.
The following is what I sent in my application regarding maternity:
Full copy applicant Passport
Full copy Sponsor Passport
Copy of BRP card
6 months printed payslips prior to starting maternity leave - in my case June 2019 to November 2019
Printed P60
6 months bank statements for from June to November 2019 showing salary going in.
Employee letter staying salary and job- I also asked them to confirm my maternity leave date in the letter. This was dated within 28 days of application
Letter from NHS Payroll department confirm salary and also confirming that printed payslips and P60 are genuine.
Letter addressed to me confining my maternity leave dates from December 2019
Letter from Parents stating we live with them
Parents passport copies
Home inspection report.
Parents home deeds
Proof of life in the UK
Proof of English Language B1 test
Marriage certificate
Photos from marriage and family.
Child’s passport copy
Children’s Birth Certificates- another confirmation of maternity
Correspondence for applicant and sponsor
The following I also added but they were not required I just did it as a precaution.
Payslips from December 2019 to September 2020 showing SMP and OMP getting paid
Statements showing SMP and OMP getting paid into bank
Deeds to own home and letting agreement to show it’s rented out.
