I got my UK passport via tier2 general work visa 2 yrs ago. My daughter born in India and later joined me as a pbs dependant, now my daughter(7years old) and wife completed 5yrs in UK and eligible to apply for ILR but my wife needs to clear the life in the UK test and English(B1)language test. Me and wife are almost separated and she’s not showing any interest of clearing those exams to apply for ILR. Is there a way to apply ILR for my daughter?
My wife is not working and I’m the solely responsible for my daughter.

No there is not. She will qualify to apply for ilr when your wife does. Your wife needs your support for ilr too as a PBS dependent.
