Dear admins
I have applied ILR SET(M) application on Nov 11-2020 waiting for my decision
I got a news from my company there is a possibility of redundancy for me this month
I have one question
1. what will happen if company made me redundant should I inform to Home office about this position?
In my application I have given my details for financial section, my salary is above £18.600 per year and
working for this company from last 4 years.
Please share me your views on this.
Thank you

I applied almost the same time as you for SET M - 13/11/20 and still waiting for decision. I got made redundant on 30/10/20 but still used all my employment and income details, I included my wife’s as well as a back up (She earns over 18,600, payslip, employment details etc all submitted)

In your own case, you don’t need to tell HO about redundancy, what matters is your situation at the time of application and you were employed at the time, earning above the required amount. So just sit back with a cup of tea and wait for a decision in the coming week just as I am too :)
