Hi Moderators
I got my ILR in 2018 after completing 5 tier 2 general work visa. Now I want to apply for my wife and son, both came to UK in 2016 on tier 2 dependent visa in 2016. I am going to submit ILR application for my wife and son, as they have also completed 5 year residency in UK, Please let me know if I need to submit SET (0) or SET (m). Thanks in advance.

SET(O) assuming you mean you got ILR via 5 years** completing on Tier 2G.
