Hello everyone,
I am in tier 2 general visa along with family, we all got tier 2 general visa on 13-05-2016 (my first entry to UK was 11-June-2016) and my current visa expiry date on 02-June-2021.
Is it possible to apply ILR myself & my kids and Extension only for my spouse?
how soon we can apply for ILR and extension?
for my wife extension what documents do we need to submit.?

Your kids can only apply for ilr when your spouse does. The rules do not permit them to apply for ilr with you if your spouse is not applying for ilr.

Why is your wife not applying for ilr?

No specific reasons, just budget point of view.
I was thinking to spread the cost in multiple years.

A PBS dependent extension is granted for 3 years, that is £1872 IHS fee plus the visa fee. It will likely cost more for an extension that the ilr fee. This will be payable for your spouse and the child.

You can apply for ilr no sooner than within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the initial visa issue date.
