10 years long residency

Can I apply ILR 10 years long residency
1.Enter Students visa 21/05/2011 to 16/09/2014
2.apply Student visa Teri 2 15/09/2014
3.Students visa was process
4.Apply Family private life FP 31/12/2014
5.Refused and got appeal
Did appeal got visa granted 10 year route feb 2018
6.Feb 2018 put Application FM
one Day service
Refused and Got right appeal income was less 18600
Did appeal hearing Date was 24/07/2018
I was Put Fresh application 09/07/2018
Then withdraw appeal 19/07/2018
Visa granted August 2018 to Feb 2021
Apply visa extension FM
Visa granted March 2021 to September 2023
My 10 completing next month.
Can I apply 10 years long residency.Thnx

This point I’m stuck
Appeal was 24/07/2018
New application 9/07/2018
Then I withdraw 19/07/2018
Got spouse visa in 28 August
3c broken or not

I suggest requesting a SAR first to get a clear picture, rather than going with your dates.

I got Saru.then I did this post also discussed some Solictors.They said normally happen first withdraw appeal.Then u can put new application.But you did first new application after nine days withdraw appeal.Plus you grant visa.we don’t know.
I check saru when he give visa 5 years.
Eligibility check.
Met.Applicant had 3c leave for leave at Time of application.

You cannot apply for a new application while under section 3C. That means the appeal has to be withdrawn first (so that section 3C ends) before a new application can proceed. That should not be an issue given that paragraph 39E applies for overstaying between periods of leave. This is confirmed by case law: indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-10-years ... l#p1953365

I was confused and still confused.
Appeal was 24/07/2018
New application 9/07/2018
Then I withdraw 19/07/2018
Got spouse visa in 28 August
My 3c don’t break and I can apply 10 years long residency base ILR...?I want this answer please.I’m thinking to one day window..This will cost nearly 3200.I’m just want to know how many chances I will get ILR.I’m spouse visa I know after 2 years I will get ILR..Thinking to wait or go head 10 year long residency...🤔

I already gave you enough information and I believe you are eligible. Also there is no window service (there is super priority)
