hi Senior-Member,
I have a quick question. My wife came in UK on a spouse visa five years back in May 2016, with our one year daughter, from Non-EEA/EU country. Now I need to apply for their ILR. I need some help to know that which application/form Type do I need to fill in for my wife's ILR? and which application/form type do I need to fill in for our 6 years old daughter's ILR?
OR would it be only one form for both of them? if Yes, then which form please?
Note: I'm British-citizen.
I would like to say thanks in advance. I look forward to the help. Thanks

hi Senior members,
As i'm applying for my wife's ILR (non-EEA national).Could I ask that what would be the suitable answer for the following question?
Has your partner previously been sponsored as a partner of a settled person?
Yes or No
I did get PR on EEA route, and moved to UK along with my EEA national partner (ex-partner), from an EEA country. So could I ask, that what would be the suitable answer for this question in my case? Thanks

another question please.
My daughter's passport has got expired, and the ILR application is asking to provide the valid passport. When I select "No". I can see only these options to select.
You are unable to provide your passport with your application because
-You have lost it, or it was stolen
-You have never had a passport (for example, because you were born in the UK)
-You have previously applied for leave and your passport has not been returned
-You have sent the Home Office your passport as part of someone else's application
-Other
While I'm able to provide the passport (the expired one).
Could you please guide me on this issue as well, that what I should do/select/write? Thanks.

Tenancy agreement and ILR documents

Hi members,
I have quick question. We have council tax bills, internet bills, and other bills and letters on same address for last 2.5 years. BUT, we do not have the "tenancy agreement". Because the house is completely privately rented. Do I really need to attach the "tenancy agreement" documents to attach with ILR application? As I do not have/made so far.
thanks
