Hi all,

A quick question. I have been on Exceptional (promise) Talent Visa for 3 years now, before which I was on Tier 2 General for 3 years. Please, am I eligible right now to apply for ILR and can I combine these to be eligible for my ILR? Or do I have to spend 5 or 3 years on my exceptional Talent Visa?

I would appreciate any help responding to this please.

There is no exceptional talent visa anymore, it is called Global Talent now. You can count time spent under Tier 2.
