Hello there,
I arrived in UK on Tier 2 ICT visa issues prior to April 2011 and since then I am working in the UK on Tier 2 ICT visa.
When can I apply for ILR for Indefinite leave to remain 10 years long residence ?
1) Visa Type : Tier 2 ICT
2) Original Visa Issue Date : 15-Feb-2011
3) First time arrived to UK : 02-Apr-2011
4) Continuous stay in the UK from 02-Apr-2011 to till the date on Tier 2 ICT visa.
Question:
1) When can I apply for ILR, i.e 28 days prior to 15th Feb 2021 or 28 days prior to 02nd April 2021 ?
2) What all documents required to apply for the ILR on 10 years long residence route?
Cheers

The latter date (10 years from the date of arrival in the UK).

Hello,
I applied for SET (LR) ILR application in Mar 2021 and also completed the biometric appointment.
my current leave to remain is not longer valid as of 05 May 2021.
I am Indian national and my family back in India covid positive therefore I need to travel back to India to see them.
If I leave the UK then this ILR application will be withdrawn automatically.
could you please provide suggestion on how to contact home office in this medical emergency ?
Note : I have medical certificate issued by Government hospital from India where my family is admitted and undergoing medical treatment.
I approached to local MP but not getting response for past 5 days. I called their phone number but no one picks up the call.
I also wrote an email to UK Home secretary (Priti Patel) but her case worker mentioned that I am not part of her constituency so they can not help me.
can anyone please suggest how to contact home office to get either faster decision on my ILR application or they allow me to go to India and return back in this medical emergency ?

You cannot expedite an application. You may try to contact UKVI but there are no guarantees.
