28 days calculation from two Tier 2s

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and find it very friendly. I have a question regarding the 28 days from two Tier 2s but did not manage to find an exact scenario from the forum search...

I came to the UK on Tier 4 with expiration date 01/10/2016.
I applied for my first Tier 2 visa while I was in the UK and it's valid between 03/07/2016 to 01/09/2019 although I did not start work until September 2016.
I applied for my second Tier 2 visa and it's valid between 02/06/2019 to 10/07/2022.

Am I right to say that I can apply for ILR 28 days before the 5 years counting from the visa start date of my first Tier 2 visa? Even though
* I did not start working until September because the visa start date is what it counts
* I applied for a second visa because that does not affect things

This would mean I can apply ILR on 05/06/2021?

I think my calculation is correct but really appreciate everyone's help to just verify that...

Thanks a lot!
