DO NOT start new posts and stick to your own topic
It could be either nationality. Remember that you must apply using form SET(O). The fact that he is British now does NOT change your ILR route.

Be careful NOT to fill SET(M) which is an incorrect form

"What is your husband's country of nationality?“

As far I know, the form lets you list additional nationalities also. You can list both or all.
