Hello All,
Me and my husband came to UK on 12th June 2011. Both of us will complete 10 years in UK next month.
My husband is currently on Tier 2 ICT long term expiring next year and I am on Tier 2 ICT dependant visa.
1) Can I first apply for 10 years ILR even though I am dependant? ( My husband wants to apply next year when his visa expires).

2) If yes to above Can I apply now or do I have to wait until 12th June 2021?
Many thanks for looking at my post.
Regards
Jasper

1. Yes,provided you meet all the requirements

2. You can apply no sooner than within 28 days before the 10th anniversary of the date you entered the UK.

Thank you.
Also, few more queries please..

1. As am on a dependent visa and am unemployed now, should I have to show my spouse's income/finance proof to prove my financial support?

2. There is a consent form as
"Consent for Home office to verify information from third party sponsor". Should this be signed by my spouse?

3. In the SET LR application form, after the payments made, it shows the list of documents to be submitted. However, none of them are shown as mandatory. Is this normal and expected?
In that case, how should we determine what documents are essentially be required for their assessment?

The Long residence application has nothing to do with your spouse. You must apply on your own and qualify on your own. There is no income requirement. The only documents required are: Passports, BRP, LIUK and English language
