Hi,

I'm in the same situation as yours - However, my wife went to India last September 2020 for IVF treatment and she is 15th week pregnant.

Her ILR due date was in Mar 2021 - but she got her VISA till July 2021.

Does she need to apply the below form and no requirement for continuous period of 180 days ?

First of all do not tag your questions on other posts. It has been repeated many times and as you read that the family/spouse route HAS NO absence restrictions. However, she must apply for a new visa before the current visa expiry and wait until she can return. Then immediately can apply for ILR when arrived here
