Hello All,

I'm applying for my ILR and am completing the application but am confused about the date I'm eligible to apply.

Application Set (O) for myself no dependants.

1) entry clearance 06/06/2016, date of the vignette/sticker visa glued on passport

2) BRP issue date 31/05/2016, is was issued after arrival in UK

3) Date of Landing 05/07/2016, date I arrived in UK and stamp on passport

please advice which date i should use to count back the 28 days to apply.

You are eligible to apply now. 5 years minus 28 days from visa issue date.

I submitted the online application on 27th May 2020 (appointment is for 16th June 202), a day before your reply, hope this is safe?

Is the eligibility is calculated using Entry Clearance 06/06/2016 minus 28days

or BRP issue 31/05/2016 minus 28days.

As per the online application and at the end of the application before the declaration there is a document list
for mandatory and other documents which is as follows:

1) Current Passport
2) Letter from employer detailing absences
3) Letter from employer confirming employment still required, SOC code, Salary, Rate of Pay etc
4) Degree certificate for English language
5) Immigration status in UK
6) Declaration to consent for HO to do verifications
7) 1 month Pay slip
8 ) 1month bank statement
9) current BRP
10) All old Passports and BRP

I have all of the above ready to upload...do I need to provide any additional other than these documents ?

Have I missed anything?

Lastly.. " Immigration status in UK"

I'm assuming this is current BRP and the HO letter that came with the BRP.

Also, I was under the impression evidence of residence in UK and Proof of activity in UK was only for dependants and/or Cohab applicants, am I correct? or Do I have to provide evidence?

Access UK checklist is the documents checklist generated at the end of the online application. You do not need to upload it. It is for your own records only.
The categories are generic and not all categories apply to you. As long you upload documents in any category that fits best, you are okay.
One of the category “proof of application” or “proof of identity” specifically asks (small print) for current passport to be uploaded there. All rest of the documents can be uploaded in any category that fits best.

Do I need to provide proof of residence for ILR, I'm living with friend and don't have a tenancy agreement or name on utilities.

I moved after my Tier 2 renewal therefore have HO correspondence letter with old address.

If I do have to provide evidence, can I use credit card statement?

Bank statement and Payslips have my current address

Hello Kind folks,

During my absences in last 5 years I've had two occasions where I've visited countries on holiday but there is no entry stamp into those countries. However I do remember the date of travel and my employer has confirmed it these in the letter.

I do have immigration stamps on return to UK on my passports.

Based on this I have entered info into the online application.

However do I need to provide tickets or e-visa information as additional evidence?
