I arrived in London on 1 Jan 2019 under Tier 2 General Visa (sponsored by my firm) and stayed in the firm until 9 Sep 2020 (my firm cancelled my Visa status). I moved to Cambridge MBA (within UK) for study and applied for Tier 4 Visa but no able to proceed with the Visa by making an apportionment in UKVCAS. At the beginning of the year, I submitted another application when the BNO Visa start on Jan 31 and I proceed then obtained BRP under BNO Visa on 6 May 2021.

My question is when I apply the indefinite leave to remain (after 3 year and 3 month), my 1 year 9 month under Tier 2 General will be counted given that is what the policy mentioned? Can I obtain your view and thanks!

Correct.
HK 62.1. The applicant must have spent a continuous period of 5 years with permission in the UK on a route under which a person can settle, of which the most recent grant of permission must have been on the Hong Kong BN(O) route.
