Hello everyone, I got Ilr through Tier 1 entrepreneur route, my partner is on tier 1 entrepreneur dependent visa, as he completed his 5 years this same category , he is going for apply ILR, which form do he need to complete and what sort of requirements needs to be fulfill,
Is there any financial requirements ?

English B1 and liuk test. Plus 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names.

we thought we need fill for. SET(M) form.

He doesn't hold a spouse settlement visa that would allow him to apply on form SET M.

A pbs dependent must apply on form SET O.

Any bills, tenancy agreements, council tax, NHS letters, hnrs or dwp letters, TV license etc etc can be used for cohabitation. Must submit evidence in both your names from 3 to 6 different sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months for the last two years

Thank you. We have all these documents but some of them on his name or some of them my name. Is that fine. Tenancy agreement and water bill only our both names.
Can we use these documents some his name some my name.
Also we have 2 kids can we use any their lettersthx.
