Hi,

My wife is on Dependent Visa. Her eligibility date for ILR is 19th-Jul-2021 but her Visa is expiring on 12th-July-2021. I am in deep confusion. Would you be able to advice me on this? Do I need to apply for Extension or Can I apply straight for ILR?

What date was the initial visa granted or valid from?
