10 yrs ILR and appeal

Hello all. Can someone please advice. I was granted LTR in April 2010 - April 2013 as a dependant
My extension application in 2013 was made in time but was refused because they could not take payment from my account- paid by cheque.
Appealed and based on Basnet case, the appeal was granted.
I was however applying as a dependant of my husband- his application was refused so we had to appeal.
Appeal granted in 2016 and LTR granted from 2016 - 2019 but based on article 8.
Extension made and granted from 2019-2021 October
Do I qualify for ILR long Residence/ 10 years?

All visas are considered for the ILR LR route and each person qualifies in their own right so far the 10yr requirement is met.

I spent 3 years waiting for outcome of appeal- 2013-2016 when i was granted LRR- Article 8.
Will that 3 years Appeal period also count towards the 10 years.
I was also told to report monthly in 2013 but that the Notice of removal was withdrawn in 2013 after I won the appeal based on Basnet case.
I just want to be sure they won’t say I had a gap when I was waiting for outcome of the appeal, taking into consideration my Notice of removal which was withdrawn based on my successful appeal - Basnet case

If all your applications were "in time application", appeals made within stipulated times and any refusal overturned at appeal, no matter the interval between appeal and outcome of appeal there is no gap.
