Hi

I have to submit an application for ILR.... as Set (O) Partner of Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant. My Husband got ILR already on Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant category. I have recently completed my 5 years on this visa now want to apply for ILR so need guidance of right category and right application form?

Could you please tell me which category I belong to or have to select on the application form?

PBS dependant OR Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant ?

I want to apply for window service. If you can send me a direct link of application form it would be very helpful. Thanks

PBS dependent.

There is no *window* service. You apply online and you might get the option of priority or super priority service, you might not. Once submitted and paid, you book your biometric appointment with ukcvas and upload your supporting documents online before your biometric appointment.

Ukcvas is a third party agent and not home office caseworkers or staff.

Will there be any option before payment?

Is priority service book with gov(home office) page or
UKVCAS page? Means where I have to pay more for priority service?

If available, you get the option before paying.

The priority services are with UKVI and not ukcvas. You pay for the service when you pay for your ILR application.

One last question…. How I can move from UKVI page to ukvcas page? Will Application direct me from UKVI to uKvcas page?

you cannot book an appointment with ukcvas before you have submitted the online form.

On the form its showing me this no PBS dependent option
