Hi,

I am eligible to apply for ILR in Feb 2022 via Tier-2 General route. My current salary is £36,500 per annum. I no longer see the previously required salary for applying ILR on or before April 2022 should be £36,900 on the Govt. website where I'm short of £400.

Currently the min salary threshold for ILR has been lowered to £25,600 or the on going rate. For my Occupation code (2139) the min salary is £31,800(£15.68 per hour), so what I earn seems satisfying the new salary requirements.

I would really appreciate anyone can answer if my current salary qualifies for the min salary requirement for ILR.

It does provided your working hours don't exceed 44 per week.

I work for 37.5 hr/week, so I'm good. Thanks for responding to my query Manci. Really appreciate it.
