Hi,

My husband initially had a Tier 2 General Visa and he has since received Indefinite Leave to remain (in 2019).

My current visa is a dependant visa on his Tier 2 General visa. Which application form do I need to fill to apply for my ILR application? Is it Set (O) or Set (M)?

Set O is the only form you can use for ILR if you have held a Tier 2 Dependent visa for 5 years.
