ILR for Dependents

Hello Team,
I got my ILR last year (Tier-2 General, 5 Years route).
This year I will be applying for my Wife and Daughter's ILR as they had joined me exactly after a year on Dependant Visa and their Visa expires next month.
Last year when I had applied for ILR, I had received a email from Home Office and it was only then the appointment slots were open for me to book (I guess it was due to COVID).
Just wanted to check if it is same now as well?
Do we wait for Home Office to send an email or we can start looking for slots immediately after the submission.
Also can someone help me with an exhaustive list of documents that would be required for my Wife and Daughter's ILR;
My Wife's name is only on the Council Tax Bill and we pay the bill annually, so even that will not be the recent one.
My Knowledge says
1. Application form
2. Marriage Certificate
3. My Bank Account Details confirming sufficient funds
4. Copy of Passport for Wife and Daughter
5. Copy of BRP for Wife and Daughter
6. Copy of my ILR BRP
7. Recent Utility Bill (Will it be a problem if my wife's name is not on there)
8. LIUK Test Number for my Wife
9. English Test Certificate B1
I look forward to hearing from the experts from this group.
Many Thanks

You book the appoinmtent after you have submitted and paid.
You need 2 years evidence of cohabitation in both your names from 3-6 difference sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

Please can you help me with some example how can I do that. I am running out of time so not sure how can I gather it.

Also what is the alternative if I don't have any documents in Joint name
I have the checked and I have the following
1. Council Tax under joint name since 2019
2. Wife's Monzo Bank Account individual name
3. Valid Marriage Certificate
4. We can get the NHS letter but it will be in her name only
5. Water/TV and Electricity Bills ae only under my name
I am now really worried, please help me

You need items in either joint names or addressed to you individually. You can use any items of correspondence.

When you say 'you individually' in this case does it mean Me or My Wife
Will this suffice
May / June / July Bank statement for 2019 / 2020 & 2021 under My Wife's Name
2019 / 2020 / 2021 Council Tax Under joint Account
2019 / 2020 / 2021 Letter addressed to my Wife from NHS for her medical appointments
CR001, please accept my sincere apologies if I am being a trouble. But I hope you will understand my situation.

BOTH of you. That is the purpose of proving cohabitation, ie. that you live together.
You will need more in your name to prove you both live in the same address.

I am still confused.
In your name does it mean (husband's name) or (Joint Name)
if it is husband only
I have following addressed to me
TV Licence
Water
Electricity
Bank Statement
If more is needed can you give some example

ANY evidence can be used. They do not need to be in joint names. Just enough evidence showing you two living at the same address

So should the following suffice
1. Letter from wife's GP Surgery confirming the address they hold on their record from last 2 years
2. Any letters from NHS addressed to my wife
3. Wife's Monzo Bank Account Statement for 2019 / 2020 / 2020
4. Joint account Council Tax from last 2 Years
5. TV Licence Last 2 Years under my Name
6. Water Bill Last 2 Years under My name
7. Electricity Bill Under my name
8. Property agreement which I have bought My Name
9. Life Insurance policy for my wife for the year 2020

Hello, Good Morning
I want to know what will be the answer for this one.
Does the period of stay on which this application No was based include any leave granted since 11
January 2018?
We first got the visa until 31.07.2018 (three years only).
My organisation later extended this visa for another 3 Years from 27.09.2018 to 16.08.2021
Many Thanks

Wish me luck, hopefully I should submit my application today !!
Now question I have is;
Within how may days I should be uploading all the documents after submitting application? Is it immediately or I have some time to do it. Unfortunately my scanner is not working so I cant scan some documents today but I should be able to do it soon.
Should the document be submitted before booking the Biometric OR we can book the biometric but the documents can be submitted before we go for the appointment.
Kind Regards

Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
I am slightly confused on the above 2 questions
Is it to with the Financial Evidence Or it is do with the Utility Bills (Council, Water and Broadband Bills)
If Financial what is the minimum bank balance to be shown for 2 Dependant (1 Adult + 1 Kid)

Answer Yes to the first and NO to the second. Also, ignore part 3 of the consent form

Hib Zimba,
Thanks for you reply. There is no option to ignore as I have to reply in in Yes or No.
My wife is a home maker so she is financially dependant on me and the bank account with financial support amount is only under my name.
Only the Council Tax is in Joint name.
Please can you help me with the answers on this basis.
I will provide a declaration signed by me to confirm my consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support?
I understand that by ticking this check box I am giving consent to verification checks. I will provide a declaration signed by each of the customers on an account with a bank or utility company relating to another person who is to provide me with financial support

I already answered that

YES and NO. Ignore the part 3 of the
consent form which you will be downloading later

Zimba, I am sorry I am being a nuisance
But there are overall 4 questions
1. I will provide a declaration signed by me to confirm my consent for the Home Office to request verification checks
YES
2. Is the account with a bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and supporting documentation held jointly by you and other people?
YES
3.
Does the account with the bank or utility company for which you have supplied information and
supporting documentation relate to another person who is to provide you financial support
NO

That is 3, and the answers are correct. What is the issue?

My wife is Financially dependant on me so I had said Yes initially Which then asked me for another consent.
Currently I have said No will that be an issue
I am providing my bank statement with the application which shows I understand it should be more than £18K so I was confused if it should be Yes or No
