Tier2 General Dependent 180 days absence for ILR

Hi,
I have Tier 2 General visa issued on 30-Aug-2016 and valid until 30-Aug-2021 and my dependant visa was issued in Aug 2016 (validity 30-Aug-2016 to 30-Aug-2021, same as mine) and she lived with me till May 2018. She went back to India and she was there in India from May 2018 to Sep 2019 and then returned to UK in Sep 2019. As my dependent was away from UK - May 2018 till Sep 2019 which was 17 months.
On a visa issued before Jan 2018 and their 180 days absence won't be counted and she will be able to apply for ILR along with me on Aug 2021. Please confirm this ?
