Your wife and 7 year old daughter will follow the same immigration route. Once they have completed 5 years of residence on their current visas they will be able to apply for ILR.

As you are a British citizen, assuming all the standard requirements have been met, after being granted ILR they will then be able to apply for British citizenship, without waiting to complete a further 12 month period.

I assume your wife and daughter are on a family settlement visa at present?

Stop listening to friends.

Children born abroad need ilr and she must apply when your wife does.

There is no shortcut route for children born abroad.
