ILR Application -Query related to Criminal case

Hi
I have completed 10 years tenure in UK through ICT reputed company and eligible for applying ILR. How ever my wife has made false complaint in India 4 years back (criminal case as per Indian law) which is still under investigation under court and this will lead to divorce proceedings. Case is still un proven and investigation in progress further in court. Due to COVID conditions this might take more longer time when the case would be resolved .
I need a moderator advise whether this situation will impact my ILR application or any other suggestions before I file the ILR.

probably I should add more detail to the above information - case filed is section 498 a in India which is criminal case which is still open and need to go to court when they call for hearing ofcourse it will lead to divorce proceeding
Can you please advise whether it will make any difference between ILR or British Citizenship. There are few other posts saying high risk of applying and get rejection in case of naturalization

Naturalisation is a different process entirely. Grant of citizenship is fully at the discretion of the home office as they can refuse you for any reason they see fit.
This however has NOTHING to do with your ILR application

As advised , I have filed the ILR and Bio metrics is planned for next week.
Can I travel for vacation to India in October for my father's ceremony while the application is being processed.
My current BRP Visa exists till 2023

No you cannot. If you leave the UK while an application is pending, the application will be considered withdrawn and you lose your fee.

great thanks for letting me know.
Is there any possibility for me to change the Application service to Priority service now by paying additional amount considering the situation ( I have already submitted the application , uploaded documents. and Biometrics is scheduled for 6th Sept).

You would have to withdraw the application and apply again and hope you get the super priority option. You would have to pay the fee again too as refunds can take up to 6 weeks.
Once you have submitted and paid, you cannot change the application or pay extra for priority.

Thank you , your advise has been very much useful to proceed further.
In with drawl section - they have given Case ID / Home office reference number which is 7 digit to 9 digit number restriction to fill
but I have only got the following on application
payment reference number on the application
Application Unique identification number (which is 12 digit)
Whats Case ID / Home office reference number and where can I get it on the application section

I have with drawn the application and cancelled the Biometric appointment. thank you.
Iam going to create fresh application through priority service.
Can I use same email ID or different email ID for new application ?

Same email ID can be used.

I tried to create new application now and went till Payment page. I see only one option of standard service and dont see any priority service option here .

You will have to continue to check till you get priority service. You may want to check this in the night.

Refund is said to be automatic however if after 6 weeks not received, you may have to contact HO
Also in what way I would get refund , will it be a cheque or Back to credit card ?
Back to card used for payment.

Hi
I still didnt get my first application with drawl refund and this is now 6th week.
I have applied with drawl form online and got evidence of with drawl request number generated.
How can I track the status of with drawl refund of fee paid or any other process to be followed for refund.
Is there any contact number where i can enquire about refund fee. ?

Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4:45pm
